Synopsis

In the trajectory of university teaching, scientific writing is commonplace, revealing itineraries through teaching, research and the extension that they say about Being a teacher within the scope of their practice. But, they are not always about being per se, whose paths, setbacks and achievements are sometimes contained between the lines or in the drafts of life's spellings.

Author Biography

Ione Rodrigues Diniz Morais, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)

Graduated in Geography (1985), master (1998) and doctorate (2004) in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Full Professor at the aforementioned institution, currently linked to the Department of Geography of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (DGE-CCHLA). Since 1991, she has carried out management, teaching, research, extension and other activities related to university teaching.
